Should parents be allowed to hit their children?

I think that parents should be able to hit their children for three reasons. My first reason is that children tend to disrespect their parents. Parents feel the need to hit them because they are being inappropriate and rude. If someone is being rude to their parents then the parents are going to hit them because that is their first instinct and children should not be rude. Most of the time hitting your child can make your child behavior improve.

My second reason is that parents gave birth to their child or children, so they should have the right to hit them because the child is theirs. If something is yours then you should have the right to treat it the way you want.


Last parents should be able to hit their child to a certain extent because hitting your child can result in suicide, running away, or even killing their parents because they have hit them. Child abuse is something that parents should really think about because hitting your child with a broom, pole, or a wire can result in something deadly. Even killing you………..

Should Huckleberry Finn be taught in school?

In my opinion I feel as though Huckleberry Finn should be taught in school to inform students about how people used to talk back in the days and how they were not as smart as the generation today. The book says a lot of racist words and uses profanity but overall the book is good to read. We can now get a vision on how the past was and how uneducated they were.
